This summer, Hot Ones host Sean Evans will be eating chicken and interviewing the stars of Netflix's latest releases in Hot Ones: Extra Heat. Don't expect to see Evans posted up in his typical Hot Ones studio, though, because he'll be traveling to new locations "inspired by major moments on Netflix," from live sports to the premieres of new shows, according to the streamer's website. 

Hot Ones: Extra Heat release date July 13, 2026 on Netflix. First up, Evans will interview Will Ferrell, Jimmy Tatro, and Fortune Feimster, who all star in the Netflix film, The Hawk. According to Netflix, "additional specials will be announced at a later date." 

Speaking about the upcoming season, host Sean Evans said, "As a student of the late-night genre, I’m obsessed with the art of the interview, and believe that these conversations warrant a level of scale and spectacle that sometimes can’t be contained by a studio. It’s exciting to partner with Netflix to continue to break new ground with the format while keeping the core of what fans love about Hot Ones firmly intact."

So who will be defeated by the spice, and who will triumph over the spice? We will have to wait and see.
