How many volumes of Ichi the Witch are out?
Ichi the Witch Volume 8 was released on May 1, 2026, making it the most recent collected volume release of the series. However, in July 2026, a new volume will be released in Japan, bringing the total volumes of Ichi the Witch released to nine. Thus far, only three of these volumes have been released in English. Ichi the Witch Volume 4 comes out in English on August 4, 2026, a full year after the Japanese release.
Will there be an Ichi the Witch anime?
Thus far, no official source has confirmed an Ichi the Witch anime to be in development. However, given the series’ strong sales and steady release schedule, it is likely that an announcement will be coming eventually. Remember that Ichi the Witch only started being serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in September 2024, so it is still relatively early in its run.
