Every shonen anime lives or dies not just on how powerful its main character is but in how good its wider cast is, and few manga have had a bigger and more colorful cast than Fairy Tail. The story of the rowdiest magical guild in the world is filled with memorable characters, both heroes and villains, and it has become so iconic that it seems like Fairy Tail is never going to leave the pages of Shonen Jump. While the anime reached the end of the story back in 2019, a new Fairy Tail manga release date has just been announced for 2026.

How often do new Fairy Tail chapters come out?

While the main Fairy Tail manga ended back in 2017, it only briefly stopped being serialized by publisher Kodansha. By 2018, a sequel manga, titled Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, had begun. That series continues to be published today, with new chapters coming out every two weeks on average. New Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest chapters come out every other Tuesday in the US.

When is the manga Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest 211 release schedule?

The most recent chapter, Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest 210, came out on April 28, 2026 in the US. Because the manga has a bi-weekly release schedule, we expect the next chapter to come out two weeks later. That means that Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest 211 will have a release date of May 12, 2026.

What time do new Fairy Tail chapters come out?

Thanks to the joy of time zones, it can be somewhat confusing to figure out exactly when new Fairy Tail chapters come out. For Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest, it follows a bi-weekly release schedule, with new chapters being released at 11:00 am EST every other Tuesday.

Are new chapters of Fairy Tail coming?

If the story of Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest isn’t what you’re looking for, but you still want more Fairy Tail manga in your life, you’re in luck. A new continuation of the Fairy Tail story was announced in 2026 to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the first chapter being published. While details are still pretty scarce, we do know that the first part of this new Fairy Tail manga will be launching in Weekly Shonen Jump starting in August 2026. This story will be a “short-term, concentrated serialization,” but it isn’t clear just how short that term will be.
