The Simpsons has become an everlasting constant in the television industry. With 35 seasons and over 750 episodes, there are at least a couple of episodes that are going to scratch your particular funny bone. The trouble is deciding which one to watch. Thankfully, Disney+ is taking that decision out of your hands by starting a 24-7 stream of The Simpsons on the platform.
Beginning March 18, 2025, The Simpsons is playing on a loop on Disney+. The stream, which will be in chronological order, of all completed seasons, is designed to showcase both the impressive history of the series and to give fans something to put on when they can’t decide what to watch. “From day one, the fans have asked for a stream of The Simpsons, and we’re happy to oblige,” explained Gabe Lewis, SVP of programming and content curation at Disney+. 35 seasons of The Simpsons are currently on Disney+ as the 36th season of the animated sitcom is currently airing on Fox.
Starting from episode one, the stream will run for nearly 300 hours before it loops back around again, meaning that you’ll have to wait 12.5 days to see the same episode of The Simpsons repeated. Or you can just pick a season and binge it like you’ve been doing since The Simpsons got added to Disney+ in 2020.
While we’d argue that some of the more recent seasons are on the uneven side, there are usually one or two great episodes per season even in the off years. A continuous stream of The Simpsons is a solid solution for fans who have a habit of spending too long trying to decide what to watch only to end up watching the same three seasons over and over again.
