The Family Next Door is about Isabelle, whose obsessive drive to solve a mystery causes her to suspect foul play from four neighboring households. Each of the show's six episodes is directed by Emma Freeman. Rounding out the cast of Isabelle's suspects are Ange (Bella Heathcote), Essie (Philippa Northeast), Lulu (Jane Harber), Fran (Ming-Zhu Hii) and Barbara (Catherine McClements). And rounding out the cast are Lucas (Bob Morley), Nigel (Daniel Henshall), Holly (Maria Angelico) and Ben (Táne Williams-Accra).
