Lucky Season 1 release date: When the Anna Taylor-Joy series debuts on Apple TV

The new crime series also features Annette Bening and Timothy Olyphant

Based on the novel of the same name by Marissa Stapley, Lucky Season 1 starring Anna Taylor-Joy is coming to Apple TV soon. The star-studded series also features the likes of Annette Bening and Timothy Olyphant and is produced by Reese Witherspoon. So, when can you plan on the release date for the Apple TV series to arrive?

The Lucky Season 1 release date is July 15th, 2026 on Apple TV. The first two episodes of the season will debut for streaming on that date, with the remaning episodes in the seven-episode season will subsequently debut on a weekly basis through August 19th, 2026. Naturally, there are plenty of other TV and streaming show release dates that you'll want to keep track of in the months to come. Here's the official teaser trailer for Lucky Season 1 on Apple TV:

Lucky is the story of the titular character (Taylor-Joy), a young woman who manages to pull off a heist with her husband, Cary (Drew Starkey). But soon Lucky finds herself forced to navigate her problems without the help of Cary or her father (Olyphant). The situation is further complicated when she discovers that a lottery ticket she impulsively purchased is a winner. But redeeming the winnings means she'll be arrested for her crimes. The cast also includes Bening as mob leader Priscilla and Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor as Agent Billie Rand.

The release date for Lucky Season 1 on Apple TV is July 15th, 2026.
