Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is nearly here, and it is entering a brave new world for the series. Not only is fan-favorite character Satoru Gojo locked away, but Yuji Itadori has to survive the Culling Games all on his own. The Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 release date is coming in January 2026 and promises to be one of the biggest anime events of the year.
Crunchyroll has confirmed that they will be streaming Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, which isn’t surprising considering that they also have the first two seasons and the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 film in their streaming library. Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 debuts on January 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT on Crunchyroll.
This is the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen that has aired since the manga ended back in September 2024, so at least some of the mystery about what is to come is going to be lost for many fans. However, just because we know how Jujutsu Kaisen is going to end doesn’t mean that it isn’t worth watching. After all, MAPPA is back for the animation, and they continue to be among the best anime studios in the world when it comes to making slick action and big fight scenes. While the Culling Game Arc isn’t as spectacular as the Shibuya Incident Arc, it is still going to have the wonderful mixture of action and trauma that has been the best part of Jujutsu Kaisen so far.
Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 is out on Crunchyroll on January 8, 2026 at 12:00 PM ET/ 9:00 AM PT.
