"It really works!" Star Wars' Rosario Dawson has a new favorite cosplay mashing up her Ahsoka and DC Wonder Woman roles

Rosario Dawson knows what it takes to look like Ahsoka Tano, and she's got a team helping her make it happen

When it comes to cosplayers, one Star Wars actor in particular has become quite a fan — in no small part because she knows just what’s involved to make the costumes into a reality.

“I am always so impressed” by cosplayers, Rosario Dawson said during an appearance on the official Star Wars Celebration livestream Sunday morning. “I have a whole team getting me ready, and the incredible details and reinterpretations that you see — folks get really, really into it, sometimes with the specifics to be exact, and sometimes doing a completely different look. I met this one woman who does Wonder Soka, and it’s a mixture between Wonder Woman and Ahsoka, and it really works.”

The combination is a particularly meaningful one for Dawson, as it turns out, for entirely professional reasons.

“I voice Wonder Woman as well [in multiple Warner Bros. Animation projects, including The Death of Superman and Justice League vs. Teen Titans], so for me, it was like [awestruck face]. An awesome mash-up. That was my favorite mash-up, I have to say, Wonder Soka.”

Cosplayers: I think you can consider that a challenge for any future show that Rosario Dawson is appearing at. Might we suggest that someone come up with a Josie and the Pussycats/Ahsoka mash-up at some point?
