BMF season 4 release date: Return to the 80s with Starz's historical crime drama this summer

The blood-and-bullets saga of brothers Demetrius "Big Meech" and Terry "Southwest T" Flenory is headed back to TV, and we'll tell you when to expect BMF season 4 right here

After a full season of twists and betrayals, Starz's hit crime series BMF is headed back on the air for a new season. The show, which stars Demetrius Flenory Jr. and Da'Vinchi, is rapidly approaching its fourth chapter, and before we tell you exactly when you can expect to see it, check out the trailer for BMF season 4 released by Starz below.

In case you don't know, BMF is the inspired-by-true-events tale of the rise of the Black Mafia Family, particularly focused on bothers Demetrius "Big Meech" and Terry "Southwest T" Flenory. The series, which started back in 2021 and was based largely in Detroit, saw a change of scenery last season, with much of the action taking place in Atlanta.

Now, when BMF season 4 airs on Starz this June 6, much of the action will presumably revolve around not just the unfamiliar geography, but more importantly, the new character dynamics. The previous third season, which ran from March to May of 2024, featured a whole host of challenged loyalties, ultimately leading main characters to question whose "side" they were on, with disastrous and even bloody consequences for the rest of the cast of characters.

BMF season 4 premieres on Starz June 6.
