Agatha All Along's Joe Locke hasn't said if he'll be back in the MCU, but he does know who he wants to team-up with
We'd love to see the conversation between Doctor Strange and Wiccan, actually.

We know that magic is a bit of an untested area for the MCU, but it is definitely becoming a bigger deal. While two of the biggest magic powerhouses – Agatha Harkness and Scarlet Witch – have (mostly) shuffled off this mortal coil, Agatha All Along introduced us to Wiccan to help fill the void. Joe Locke hasn’t said where or when we’ll see him back in a Marvel series or film, but he has said who he’d like it to be opposite.
We’re discussing spoilers for the mid-season reveal of Agatha All Along below, so be warned.
During an interview discussing the ending to Agatha All Along on Disney+, Joe Locke revealed the character he’d like to work with if and when we see him in the MCU again. “I think Billy would learn a lot from Doctor Strange or someone. He’s such a young magic person who knows what they’re doing. Obviously, in the comics, they have a connection. So, I think it would be cool, but who knows?”
Even if Locke knew what was in store next for Wiccan, he wouldn’t be able to tell us. But that’s fine because it allows us to let our imaginations run wild with possibilities. Doctor Strange certainly feels like the best option. Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness saw Benedict Cumberbatch’s sorcerer have a pretty direct hand in killing Billy’s mother, which may be a sore spot for the teenager. If we may indulge in a bit of fanfiction for a moment, we imagine the encounter playing out something like this:
Wiccan: My name is Billy Maximoff. You killed my mother. Prepare to die.
Doctor Strange: Your mother was trying to unravel the entire multiverse at the time.
Wiccan: I... honestly didn't know that. Seems fair.
Whether that happens is certainly up in the air. Marvel Studios seems to be trying to build toward a Young Avengers team-up, but there is nothing concrete on the release schedule yet.
