Earlier this year, Stephen Graham left the Emmys with two awards honoring his work as a writer and actor on Adolescence, Netflix's smash hit series. And while Adolescence was a one-and-done story that Graham co-created with Jack Thorne, the British actor will return to our screens in only a couple months' time with season 2 of A Thousand Blows on Hulu.

A Thousand Blows season 2 release date is January 9, 2026 on Hulu. Hulu has released a teaser for the season, showcasing Graham and his co-stars, Malachi Kirby and Erin Doherty (the latter of whom also won an Emmy for her acting in Adolescence this year). Take a look at it below.

A Thousand Blows was created by Steven Knight, who you might know as the creator of Peaky Blinders, starring Cillian Murphy. As a rabid Peaky Blinders fan myself, A Thousand Blows was a hit for me (sorry) because it continued Knight's examination of how people from various marginalized groups forge their own slice of power in British society. It's an absorbing look at the past, and it has a grittier edge than your typical British period show.

A Thousand Blows season 2 will be hitting Hulu on January 9, 2026.
