The new season of Marvel Snap is upon us and it is bringing a new host of cards to the game. However, it isn’t just one game that Marvel wants to remind you of; the new cards on offer in Marvel Snap are all from Marvel Rivals, the team shooter game that goes live on December 6, 2024. Because if you love one Marvel game you’ll probably love another, right?
There are a total of seven cards being added to Marvel Snap during the upcoming season, which starts on December 3, 2024. Each one features a character that is in Marvel Rivals, which is why this season is called the Rivals season. The new cards available are:
- Galacta – Available December 3
- Luna Snow – Available December 3
- Peni Parker – Available December 10
- Doctor Doom 2099 – Available December 17
- Bruce Banner – Available December 24
- Lasher – Available December 28
- Rocket and Groot – Available December 31
Now, some of these characters have been part of Marvel Snap since the game launched, but the versions introduced during the Marvel Rivals season have unique powers to differentiate them from what has come before. In addition to these new cards and the Series Drop that is occurring on December 10, new variants of existing cards will be introduced every Tuesday until the end of the year.
This sort of cross-promotion isn’t unusual; when one game with the Marvel logo on the front does well, it will likely lead to a surge in players in the other. Whether this leads to the developers finally reintroducing promotional codes in Marvel Snap is another question entirely.
We can't give you extra life, but we can keep you appraised of all the Marvel Snap codes currently available - updated weekly! - as well as the rarest Marvel Snap cards.
