It's been nearly two years since the release of Bridgerton season 2, and we've still got a few months to wait until the first part of season 3 drops in May. Though Bridgerton fans did get a bit of that magic during the 2023 prequel series Queen Charlotte, it has felt like a very long wait to see what happens next in the core Bridgerton storyline.
Bridgerton season 3 will focus on Penelope Featherington and her romance (or maybe friendship?) with Colin Bridgerton. We're not sharing book spoilers here, but it wouldn't be a stretch to expect Penelope to be facing some sort of music regarding her writings about the Ton as Lady Whistledown.

On more of a less sweet romantic note, Netflix has decided to showcase a bit of conflict that we've been expecting since the end of season 2 when Penelope overhears Colin saying that he would never court Penelope. Colin, as usual, seems a little clueless about the situation. Watch the scene below.
