This autumn, Aaron Sorkin's sequel to The Social Network will debut in theaters. While the original movie followed Mark Zuckerberg's career during his college years, The Social Reckoning will depict the next phase in the tech billionaire's life. So, when will the theatrical release date for The Social Reckoning arrive?
The Social Reckoning release date is October 9th, 2026 in theaters. It has been over a decade and a half since the original movie was released in 2010. Naturally, there are plenty of other high-profile movie release dates for you to look forward to this autumn in addition to The Social Reckoning. Currently, an official trailer for The Social Reckoning is yet to be made available.
While the original movie starred Jesse Eisenberg as Zuckerberg, while Jeremy Strong will play the role in The Social Reckoning. The movie follows journalists Frances Haugen (Mikey Madison) and Jeff Horwitz (Jeremy Allen White). Also appearing in the movie will be Gbenga Akinnagbe, Joey Brooks, Bill Burr, Sierra Capri, Portia Doubleday, Nelson Franklin, Anna Lambe, Aidan Laprete, Billy Magnussen, Wunmi Mosaku and Tehmina Sunny.
