Marvel Studios' Thunderbolts* logo revealed
The MCU debut of the Thunderbolts in Thunderbolts* is gonna have a lot of bullets

Marvel Studios' Thunderbolts* is shaping up to be a all-star team of the MCU's next generation of superheroes. And after MCU boss Kevin Feige revealed the movie's title change from Thunderbolts to Thunderbolts* (with the all-important asterisk!), people have been wondering what it means. And during this weekend's Marvel Fanfare panel here at San Diego Comic-Con, Feige gave us a clue - on his hat.
While Marvel Comics' executive editor is unofficially known as the man with a hat, Feige's signature ballcap look over the years also acts now as a billboard for whatever they're promoting. And during the Marvel Fanfare panel, Feige wore a hat with an unrecognized logo - which he was finally asked about at the the end of the panel, saying it was an asterisk made out of six bullets for the six members of the Thunderbolts* movie.
The six members of the Thunderbolts* team are:
- Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes
- Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost
- Wyatt Russell as U.S. Agent
- Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova
- David Harbor as the Red Guardian
- Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster
Filming on Thunderbolts wrapped in June 2024, with it scheduled for release May 5, 2025.
