Secret Level Footage Shows Arnold Schwarzenegger Fighting With Another Terminator Gabe Luna

The New World: Aeternum short has “If Conan was all talk,” says Tim Miller at New York Comic Con 2024

You ever asked the Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger to reprise Conan, but “all talk”? Deadpool director, Tim Miller, certainly answered that prayer in his upcoming Secret Level anthology.

Secret Level, created by Miller's Blur Studios with Amazon MGM Studios, is an animated anthology of 15 shorts, each one set in the world of an existing video game or RPG, with games participating including Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer 40K, and Pac-Man. The voice cast for the project is stacked, including actors like Keanu Reeves, Ariana Greenblatt, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Emily Swallow, and Claudia Doumit... as well as, of course, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

As confirmed by a clip shown exclusively to the New York Comic Con 2024 attendees, Schwarzenegger plays an absolute poser in the short based in New World: Aeternum, created by Amazon Games. Miller was also proud of the fact that Schwarzenegger’s character goes toe-to-toe with another Terminator, Gabriel Luna of Miller’s 2019 Terminator: Dark Fate. He even is a sore loser at chess to Luna’s character. Apparently, Schwarzenegger's clashes with other Terminators tend to go better when they involve guns, explosions and high-speed carnage. Who knew?

The chess scene was an excuse for a panel fun fact: Schwarzenegger himself is a chess player. “If he’s not in a scene [on set], he’s playing chess,” Miller affirmed. Another fun fact, the younger Patrick Schwarzenegger also has a role in the anthology.

Secret Level will debut December 10 on Prime Video.
