Even after all these years, Toonami continues to be one of the best places to catch new anime on US television, so it is always exciting to see what is coming to the iconic programming block. Mashel: Magic and Muscles is the latest series to find a home on Cartoon Network, following in the footsteps of shows like Dragon Ball Z, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Sailor Moon when it makes its broadcast debut in November.

At the Aniplex panel at New York Comic-Con, it was revealed that Mashel: Magic and Muscles will be airing on Toonami for the first time starting November 9, 2024. Starting with the first season of the series, episodes will air weekly on Saturdays through the holiday season, making this the perfect time to perfect your cream puff recipe to celebrate.

Mashel: Magic and Muscles first aired back in 2023 and introduced us all to Mash. Born into a world where people with no magical talent like him are cast out or even killed, Mash instead trained his body to extreme lengths. Using the overwhelming power of muscles, Mash has enrolled in Easton Magic Academy and seeks to become a Divine Visionary, one of the most exceptional students at the school.

The first season of Mashel: Magic and Muscles aired in the Spring anime season in 2023, while a second season aired in the Winter 2024 anime season. Crunchyroll streams the English and Japanese dubs of both seasons.

Mashel: Magic and Muscles will make its Toonami debut on November 9, 2024.
