So you're at New York Comic Con, you just got out of a panel, and you have an awkward amount of time before you head to your next celeb sighting or movie sneak peak. What do you do in the interim? Well, you could always walk the show floor od the Javits Center, but what if you want a little time off your feet, or perhaps away from the packed epicenter of the con?

In that case, friend, ReedPop's Third Place is for you.

A brand new addition to New York Comic Con 2025, ReedPop's Third Place is "a welcoming space between the Show Floor and Panels where friends, family, and community come together," according to the folks who run your favorite con. It's a place where you can "Unwind in the gaming area, grab a quick cosplay repair in Cosplay Central, or catch performances on the Community Stage. It’s the perfect gathering space to connect, relax, and belong."

Sounds enticing, right? Well lucky for you, Popverse is here to tell you all about it.

Where is NYCC '25's Third Place?

The Third Place will be in Hall 1E and 1E01-05, in the Javits Building. In case you're unfamiliar with the Javits (or, hell, even if you are), the way to get there is by heading down to the lowest floor you can reach in the building, then heading as far south as you can. Below is a map highlighting what you should be looking for.

What is NYCC '25's Third Place for?

Great question! As reported by NYCC's own website, The Third Place is "about Community, Cosplay, Gaming, and Family." Specifically, that means attendees will be able to take part in activities such as Warhammer gaming, an Arcade, and attending cosplayers can head into a repair station should something with their suit go awry. Not to mention, there will be a whole bunch of places to sit down, which anyone who has been to an NYCC before knows is crucial. Check out the interactive elements of the space in the image below.

When is NYCC '25's Third Place open?

And last but not least, you should probably know when you can access the NYCC Third Place, no? Learn that for yourself by looking at the schedule below.

Thursday, October 9 - 10AM to 9PM
Friday, October 10 - 10AM to 9PM
Saturday, October 11 - 10AM to 9PM
Sunday, October 12 - 10AM to 5PM
