Star Wars' John Boyega is coming to Chicago's C2E2 2025

He's a big deal in Star Wars!

Whether you know him as Attack the Block's Moses, Star Wars' Finn, or Pacific Rim's Jake Pentecost, soon you have a chance to get to know him in person, as John Boyega is coming to Chicago's C2E2.

John Boyega is the biggest celebrity guest announcement yet for C2E2 2025, and he will be there Saturday, April 12 and Sunday, April 13 to meet fans for photo ops, autographs, and a panel. Boyega returns to Chicago nearly five years to the day he was here last for Star Wars Celebration 2019, this time on the precipice of the next stage of his career - as he preps to play Otis Redding in a highly-anticipated biopic about the late singer & his wife called Otis & Zelma.

Reservations for John Boyega's C2E2 2025 experiences will go on-sale to the public later this month, but Popverse's C2E2 Superfans can buy them Wednesday, December 18 at 1pm Eastern Time as one of many exclusive pre-sales they enjoy. Popverse's C2E2 Superfans received first access to tickets for the 2025 event, as well as premium access to purchase photo ops and autographs to celebs such as Boyega. Once they're onsite at C2E2 2025, Popverse's C2E2 Superfans will receive:

  • $15 Voucher for Epic Photo Ops
  • Fast pass autos/photo ops
  • Superfan lounge

That's in addition to the year-around Popverse membership benefits such as our members-only articles and access to the massive Popverse convention panel library. You can sign-up to be a Popverse member now!

C2E2 2025 is to take place Friday, April 11 through Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Chicago's McCormick Place.
