Two generations of Evil Dead converge as Bruce Campbell AND Jane Levy head to ECCC 2025!
Bruce Campbell, star of the 1981 original, and Jane Levy, star of the 2013 remake, are bringing their horror expertise to Seattle for Emerald City Comic Con 2025
The Pacific Northwest's premiere comic + pop culture show Emerald City Comic Con returns soon - March 6 through 9 to be exact. Stay tuned to Popverse for all the ECCC 2025 news, and buy tickets now to find your place at the Seattle staple.
It's a nightmare come true. For the first time in Emerald City Comic Con history, two horror legends from the same infamous genre will meet in Seattle, as Evil Dead stars Bruce Campbell and Jane Levy are both confirmed to attend ECCC 2025. Popverse is thrilled to announce that both stars will be appearing the Saturday and Sunday of the convention, that is, March 8 and 9.
In case you don't know, Bruce Campbell is the face of the original Evil Dead trilogy, a series of horror classics that are still beloved today and, up until 2013, were considered un-remakable. But that year, future Alien: Romulus director Fede Álvarez proved that idea wrong, remaking the original Evil Dead film and cementing his film as one of the all-time great horror remakes. To lead the film, Álvarez chose ex-Shameless star Jane Levy, and a brand new cornerstone final girl was born.
Now, the icons from two different Evil Dead era will be together for an unmissable convention experience, and you can buy tickets right here. Campbell and Levy will be there March 8 and 9, as we mentioned, and will be doing photo ops and autographs across those two days. Then, on Sunday, March 9, the two will participate in an exclusive ECCC panel, the details of which will be announced shortly on Popverse.
But hold on, don't turn the lights out just yet. Not only is 2025 going to bring together two titans of Deadite-smashing history, but Popverse Superfans are going to be a part of their own horror history with brand new Superfan perks at Emerald City Comic Con this year.
