The X-Men never had it easy, and this fall its going to get even worse in the crossover event Age of Revelation. Acting as a spiritual sequel to '90s ultra-popular Age of Apocalypse event, this storyline jumps 10 years ahead and reveals a world where mutantkind are in disarray, your favorite heroes dead or scarred, and new threats abound.

Good thing the X-Men thrive when threatened.

Marvel Comics will be unveiling the full details of Age of Revelation on Thursday, July 24 as part of their first big Comic-Con International San Diego 2025 panel, Marvel Comics: X-Men. In it, company editor-in-chief C.B. Cebulski, executive editor/head X-Men editor Tom Brevoort, and "a lineup of uncanny talent" will be talking about their plans to hit pause on the entire X-Men line as we know it, and it being replaced with various Age of Revelation
